SCHEDULING POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

  • If there is a No Call/No Show on your appointment, your card will be charged for the ENTIRE amount of the services booked.

  • No Call/No Shows: Further appointments will NOT be allowed. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • ALL cancellations MUST be received 24 hours in advance. You have the option to cancel online or by calling 801-903-7479. YOU MUST LEAVE A MESSAGE if you choose to call in your cancellation. Please remember messages are time stamped.

  • Cancellations by Instagram message, Facebook message, or personal text message are NOT permitted as these platforms are not monitored throughout the day. However, Whitney's brow clients (ONLY) are still able to reach her directly.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please understand that we strive to keep a positive, fun, uplifting environment therefore, rude, discourteous clients are not permitted in our establishment.

  • You must be on time for your appointment! We are required by the Salt Lake City Health department to have adequate time between clients for proper sanitization of treatment areas and equipment. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

  • A credit card is required to hold your spot when booking all appointments however, this is STRICTLY to hold your appt time and will not be charged UNLESS the above mentioned scheduling policy violation fees apply.

  • Payment is due at time of service.

  • We accept MC, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER, and CARE CREDIT. Care Credit payments must be a minimum of $300.00.

  • 5% discount for Cash payments.

  • We do not accept Checks.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR TEXT CONFIRMATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS NOT BOOKED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION. If you did NOT receive a confirmation, please check that you entered the correct email address in your online scheduling profile.

** IMPORTANT**

For the safety of you and your children, CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY DERMAL FILLER, NEUROTOXIN APPOINTMENT, Microneedling, Facials, Laser or Chemical Peel Appoinment. This for the safety of you, your children and your provider. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ESTABLISHED CLIENTS

Due to excessive reschedules, only 3 consecutive reschedules within a 24 hour time period will be allowed UNLESS you are scheduling for an earlier time slot that has become available. You can reschedule as much as you like otherwise. In other words, if you are a chronic 24 hour rescheduler this means we can typically not count on you to keep your appointment time and online scheduling will be terminated. Rescheduling will be at my discretion ONLY and a non refundable deposit of $200.00 WILL BE REQUIRED to book an appointment if approved.

NEW CLIENTS

New clients will be allowed to reschedule TWO consecutive times within a 48 hour period, unless you are rescheduling for an earlier time slot that has become available. After that, online scheduling will be terminated and no further bookings will be allowed.

If a cancellation is made LESS than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $150.00 cancellation fee.
